A healthy diet means eating the right balance of the following foods:

Starchy foods, such as rice, wholewheat pasta and bread, and potatoes.
Fruit and vegetables.
Meat, fish, eggs and beans.
Milk and dairy foods.
Foods containing fat and sugar.

Getting the balance right is not as tricky as it sounds. Click here for some handy tips on how to eat more healthily.
