Leicester City NHS NEWS
Leicester City NHS NEWS is a free tabloid newspaper, and our aim is to get one to every home in the city. We publish it two or three times a year to provide Leicester people with up-to-date news on the city's major health matters, what we are doing to improve services, how much we spend, on what, and to offer some useful tips on healthy living.
If you missed yours, or do not live in the city, you can see and download a PDF of each edition here. A full-size tabloid newspaper page will not fit a normal computer screen, so please use scroll bars to help you read the stories and features.

Walk-in Centres hours
The opening times of some of the NHS Walk-In Centres were wrongly printed on page 13 of the Leicester City NHS News November 2009 edition. Walk-in Centres treat minor illnesses and injuries that do not need a visit to A&E. The following times are correct:
Urgent Care Centre, Leicester Royal Infirmary, Infirmary Square, Leicester, open 24 hours all week.
Merlyn Vaz Health and Social Care Centre, Spinney Hill Road, Leicester. Walk-in Centre hours are 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
Loughborough Walk-in Centre, Pinfold Gate, Loughborough LE11 1BE, open 24 hours all week.
